An Independent Arm of Social Responsibility
North Development
Program is an integrated initiative between the public and private sectors
that aims at contributing to upgrading the competitiveness of human
resources in order to develop performance and enhance professionalism,
leadership, management and effective participation in local development
through investment in the tools of knowledge-based economy, research,
development, university research chairs, teaching initiatives, qualification,
training, development of applications of the initiative spirit and encouraging
small businesses.
Programs
and initiatives spring from social responsibility and simulate the community
needs especially those which are related to urgent challenges that encounter
the middle-income and the low-income classes such as the need for education
and training; qualification for the labor market; and the programs for
family, women, children and youth. |
